T.R.A.V.E.L

Quotes from Ibn Battutta in his writing:

* Traveling,
 it makes you lonely,  then gives you a friend.

* Traveling,
 it offers you a hundred roads to adventure, and gives your heart wings!

Traveling ,
 it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.

* Traveling,
it gives you a home in a thousand strange places, then leaves you a stranger in your own land.

* Traveling,
 all you do is take the FIRST STEP!

PST PENANG!!!! let's have some useful tips..

 1) ATTIRE

Comfy shoes are important
It’s a known fact that Malaysia's weather is hot all year long. Summer clothes especially cotton-made are highly recommended. Do wear comfortable shoes as most of Penang attractions best explored on foot. Sunglasses, hat, sunscreen and a bottle of mineral water will be handy along the trip.

2) HAWKER FOOD HYGIENE

Fried maggie stall
You can get a lot of good food at cheap price here at the hawker stalls. There is nothing much to worry about the hygiene as the local authorities are giving extra concern regarding this issue. However, it is wise to have a check on the condition of the stalls’ area. If you are not sure, choosing the stalls that swarmed by locals or recommended in the travel pamphlets are better options.

3) BARGAINING

Night market: place that you can find almost everything!
When shopping at street market such as at Batu Feringghi, the prices stated are usually higher than the actual price. You can stroll around; compare the prices and bargaining before buying anything. It is even better if you are able to bring along a local with you. At such places, beware of pick pockets!

4) NIGHT LIFE

Hang out with friends at night
Penang never sleeps. You can still enjoy yourself after the sun is down. You can go to eateries, night markets, clubs and beaches. They are good places to sit and having chat with friends. We recommend you to go in groups for your own safety.

p/s: Are you ready to travel to the fullest? Grab your bag, we would like to see YOU in PST Penang!

Throwback Pulau Perhentian: A moment to remember!

"Travelling - left you speechless, turn you to a storyteller".

Ibn battuta, a muslim scholar and a traveller had once said the above statement .Yes, it definitely true. Now, whenever people planning on a holiday, Perhentian Island would be the first thing to be mentioned about and the story would continue.. blaa..blaa..wonderful.. blaa.. very exciting..new stunt.. blaa..blaah.blaah.

Apart from that, The most important of all were the exciting and memorable moments we spent at the Perhentian Island. Just like its name Perhentian island which literally means stop, it undoubtedly did make us stop, jaw dropped and drooling for its captivating scenery, beautiful beaches and friendly locals.
